Our Christmas Tree Farm Mini Sessions are Here!
We will be hosting our Christmas Tree Farm mini sessions at White Gate Christmas Tree Farm in West Newbury on November 10th. The owners have so graciously welcomed us to their property for these sessions and we couldn’t be more excited!!!
Session times will be available on a first come first serve basis beginning at 8:00am and running every 20 minutes through 12:00. If you are unable to attend, or were hoping for a longer session, we will be offering 30 minute, and 1 hour tree farm sessions here on weekdays. Inquire on availability and packages!
Each Mini Session includes:
15 minute session at White Gate Christmas Tree Farm in West Newbury .
Online Gallery with your edited images where you can download your 10 favorite images, with a Print Release. {If you can't decide on just 10 photos the rest of your photos will be available for purchase as well}.
$25 Print Credit to purchase prints and canvas wraps.
Session for up to 5 immediate family members {If there are more than 5 people in your family, or you have cousins coming, you will need to order an additional mini session}. Discounts are available for combined mini sessions.
Mini Session Guidelines:
Payment in full is due at the time of booking. If payment is not received within 24 hours your spot will not be held.
In the event of rain, November 11th will be the rain date. If you are unable to attend this alternate date, $75 as a credit will be available towards a future session.
$125 retainer is not refundable but can be used as a credit towards another shoot if cancelled before 7 days of the shoot. If cancelled within 7 days a $75 credit will be available for another shoot. If you are a no show for your session your retainer will be forfeited and no credit will be available.
Clothing changes will not be allowed due to time restrictions.
You must show up for your session at least 5-10 minutes early. Due to the nature of the mini sessions, if you arrive late we will not be able to give you extra due to the next family that will be arriving.
Dogs are allowed but must be leased. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing your pet.
